Information Technology Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into actionable, technology‑enabled solutions. You will lead end‑to‑end process re‑engineering initiatives that drive operational efficiency and support digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analyse current (As‑Is) processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design optimized (To‑Be) workflows.
• Produce clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Drive transformation projects that align with organisational objectives and deliver measurable value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, project management or consulting.
• Preferred certifications: CBAP, CCBA or PMI‑PBA.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Preference for bilingual candidates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with requirements‑management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Advanced use of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data‑analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Signavio (preferred).
