IT Technical Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking an IT Technical Support Executive to join our team in Kuwait City. The role focuses on installing, configuring and supporting point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for our customers, ensuring smooth operation and high satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least one year of hands‑on IT experience in Kuwait and can start immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure POS hardware and software at client sites.
• Provide on‑site training to customers on system usage.
• Deliver basic technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of IT experience in Kuwait.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to start work immediately.
