Junior Event Planner – On-site in Kuwait City

About the role

The BYFFR AGENCY is seeking a motivated Junior Event Planner to support the planning, coordination, and on‑site execution of events across the Middle East. This full‑time, on‑site position in Kuwait City will work closely with the Operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the agency’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics from setup through to wrap‑up.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers to keep arrangements on track.
• Manage dispatch and deliveries, confirming the right items reach the right place on time.
• Follow internal approval protocols, ensuring nothing is dispatched without sign‑off.
• Track timelines, flagging delays early to prevent impact on delivery.
• Provide on‑site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and clear communication with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Highly organized with excellent time‑management and follow‑through.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams and vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without dropping details.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable flagging issues and chasing answers.
• Bachelor’s degree.
