Lead Channel Sales Specialist – Artificial Lift (On Demand Solutions)

About the role

Join the Artificial Lift Sales Team and use your expertise to develop market strategies, drive sales growth and deliver innovative solutions for key industry players across Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end‑users in the MENATI region.
• Provide sales and technical support for Zenith products, requiring knowledge of downhole gauge and upper completions.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas while contributing to pricing frameworks and deal negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling artificial lift equipment and at least 3 years in channel sales.
• Technical knowledge of artificial lift, downhole instrumentation and Zenith products.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
