About the role
The company is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Indoor Sales Associate for its tea boutique located in a mall in Shuwaikh. You will engage customers, showcase tea products, and help shoppers choose the right teas and accessories.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, answer product questions and explain flavor profiles and brewing methods.
- Process sales transactions using cash or point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain clean, attractive displays and stock shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and support promotional activities and in‑store tastings.
- Contribute to meeting sales targets and assist with training new team members.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle peak mall traffic.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with POS systems.
