About the role
The Learning Manager will act as a role model for team members at Banana Island Resort Doha, guiding their professional growth from day one. You will design, monitor, and deliver individual development plans and training activities that enhance performance and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor individual development plans for all team members.
- Organise and deliver training activities and learning opportunities.
- Support the Property Leadership Team with advice to improve skills and capabilities.
- Ensure learning initiatives align with the resort’s customer‑service standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a learning function.
- Experience in adult learning or a similar environment.
- Proven ability to work with diverse cultures; hotel operation experience is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Project and process management competence.
- Analytical, strategic thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
