Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all preventive and reactive maintenance activities across our store network. The role ensures compliance with AMC contracts, SLA targets, and drives continuous improvement in facility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor AMC obligations, including PPMs and SLAs, and ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance calls.
• Manage reactive maintenance requests, obtain vendor quotes within three days, and complete LPO jobs according to agreed KPIs.
• Conduct quarterly store visits, bi‑annual condition audits, and annual detailed facility audits.
• Maintain an accurate asset register for equipment covered by AMC contracts.
• Lead capex planning, RFP preparation, execution, and OPEX budgeting while minimizing external vendor reliance.
• Drive energy and sustainability initiatives such as IoT projects, digital thermostats, and solar panel installations.
• Supervise a team of technicians and external vendors, arrange training, and handle shift and priority planning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operations, supply chain, finance, and mall management during restaurant operating hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, MEP, or HVAC operations.
• BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
