Maintenance Supervisor/Antenna Technician II - Secret Clearance

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor/Antenna Technician II will lead the full spectrum of maintenance operations for government‑furnished communication equipment deployed worldwide. Reporting to the TLSF Manager, you will ensure equipment readiness, oversee refurbishment programs, and manage field maintenance for the 160th Signal Brigade.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Go/No‑Go testing of retrograded equipment and manage its redistribution.
• Supervise Maintenance Support Teams responsible for communication towers, telephony switching systems and other strategic communications assets.
• Oversee refurbishment, deep cleaning, upgrade, repair and configuration of IGX and related electronic systems.
• Direct antenna and tower maintenance, schedule visits, and produce trip reports.
• Manage calibration of Government Furnished Property (GFP) test equipment and ensure accountability of all GFP.
• Monitor production for compliance with schedules, cost factors and standards; develop performance standards and conduct employee counseling.
• Process purchase requests, control work orders, monitor material stock levels and advise program management on maintenance status.
• Prepare and present briefs on maintenance activities as required.

Required profile

• Active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain host‑nation visa and driver’s license.
• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in antenna, tower and communication system environments.
• Strong knowledge of Government Furnished Property management and calibration procedures.
• Ability to analyze data, manage resources and coordinate with program management.
