Male Spa Therapist

About the role

The Grand Hyatt Kuwait City is seeking a dedicated male Spa Therapist to deliver high‑quality body treatments to hotel guests and members. You will ensure client comfort, maintain a pristine work environment, and promote the spa’s services within a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage and body treatments, including loofah treatments and herbal wraps, while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare and maintain treatment kits, ensuring an ample supply of oils, towels, sheets, and other essentials.
• Interact courteously with guests, answer facility‑related questions, and promote spa services.
• Report any equipment issues to the Spa Manager and assist in coordinating services with other spa programmes.
• Maintain accurate inventory, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute to departmental meetings.
• Support other spa departments such as fitness, reception, sales, and marketing as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years (24 months) of experience in professional spa or massage settings.
• Current professional licences relevant to massage and body treatments.
• Ability to work punctual, follow safety protocols, and maintain a clean work area.
