Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing, branding, digital communications and public relations for a leading Kuwaiti manufacturing company. The role will drive brand strength across B2B, B2G and B2C channels, support local market growth and contribute to regional and international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and branding strategy for Kuwait, GCC and export markets.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, government entities, industrial customers, partners and distributors.
• Strengthen brand presence across retail, industrial, automotive and other relevant channels.
• Lead digital marketing activities including social media, website, online campaigns, SEO and digital content.
• Produce marketing materials such as product catalogs, brochures, technical documentation and promotional collateral.
• Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, industry events and regional fairs.
• Support sales and export teams through lead generation, customer engagement and localized marketing campaigns.
• Lead and develop the in‑house marketing and PR team and coordinate with external agencies.
• Monitor marketing performance, report to management and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel regularly within Kuwait and occasionally regionally or internationally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market, culture and public‑sector environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
