Medical Representative (Kuwait)

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Servier’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across Kuwait. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other key opinion leaders, ensuring product knowledge and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and execute daily call activities to existing accounts, meeting quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Respond to product enquiries from HCPs using appropriate communication channels.
• Monitor product performance, support listing activities and provide market feedback.
• Visit target accounts in remote areas according to a regular schedule.
• Maintain accurate daily visit reports, monthly plans and other administrative documentation.
• Adhere to company SOPs, pharmacovigilance procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience in Kuwait.
• Strong understanding of the local healthcare market and HCP network.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
