Mid Market Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners on Deliveroo in Kuwait, focusing on high‑performing local gems and selected national chains. You will work closely with partners to improve operational performance, drive marketing initiatives and grow their business on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo restaurants in Kuwait, maintaining and growing relationships with high‑sales volume drivers and global brands.
• Lead the delivery agenda, ensure partners operate with excellent fundamentals and execute joint initiatives for sustainable growth.
• Monitor operational metrics, support partners in improving service quality and drive adoption of Deliveroo marketing tools and promotions.
• Support partner onboarding and expansion onto the Deliveroo platform and resolve day‑to‑day issues independently.
• Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams to lead new projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years experience in a commercial role in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities and strong relationship management skills.
• Data‑conversant, able to analyse data to tell a story.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills, comfortable working in an evolving environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project/program management applications.
• Strong knowledge of G‑Suite.
