About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Shuwaikh involves acting as the main point of contact for customers in our showroom, providing expert advice on paints and related materials, and operating the paint‑mixing equipment to create accurate colour formulations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable paint products.
• Operate and maintain paint‑mixing machines, ensuring precise colour matching.
• Prepare and document colour formulations and guarantee product quality.
• Process orders, manage stock of paints and accessories, and record sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, after‑sales support, and resolve any concerns.
• Participate in training on new products, mixing techniques, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Sales experience, preferably in a showroom or hardware environment.
• Ability to learn technical instructions quickly and share knowledge.
• Prior experience in paint mixing, construction materials, or retail sales is preferred.
• Basic technical understanding of colour matching, paint types, and safe material handling.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift and organise products.
• Fluent Arabic; basic English is an advantage.
• High‑school diploma; vocational training in paint technology is a plus.
