MWR & CAC/LRC Specialist

About the role

The MWR & CAC/LRC Specialist is responsible for delivering recreational and resale services across multiple service locations in Kuwait. The role combines event coordination, cash handling, alcohol sales, and audiovisual support to ensure a vibrant and safe environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Run and manage resale activities, including alcohol sales, while complying with all regulations.
• Organize, market, set up, and tear down MWR special events, providing audiovisual support and transportation for entertainers.
• Maintain MWR facilities in a clean, sanitary, and professional condition.
• Conduct weekly recreational events such as bingo, Texas Hold'em, karaoke, and video‑game tournaments, and provide complimentary food items.
• Handle customer inquiries, check‑in/out of games, provide information on upcoming trips, and ensure consumable items are stocked.

Required profile

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with manual transmission capability; U.S. passport preferred.
• DoD Secret clearance and ability to meet USCENTCOM deployment and COVID‑19 vaccination requirements.
• Eligibility for a UAE residency visa and ability to work in extreme environmental conditions.
• Willingness to travel 100% in deployed locations and endure long hours in hazardous conditions.
