Occupational Therapist – Agency Outpatient Therapy

About the role

The Baptist Therapy Center is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join its agency‑outpatient team. This day‑shift position provides independent, accountable care to a complex patient population in an outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Document all care activities in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and demonstrate completion of all required facility competencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Uphold professional standards and contribute to departmental growth.

Required profile

• BS or MS graduate of an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Arkansas State Board license (OTR or registry‑eligible).
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate accountability.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of AOTA standards and occupational therapy best practices.
• Proficiency in patient assessment and documentation.
