About the role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The role offers autonomy and accountability while delivering high‑quality care to a complex patient population across all ages.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individualized occupational therapy interventions for inpatient rehab patients.
- Maintain professional and departmental growth through continuous learning.
- Document care plans and progress notes in compliance with facility standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to the Level I career ladder requirements and maintain required certifications.
Required profile
- BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- Arkansas State Board of Occupational Therapy license or temporary graduate license.
- Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Required skills
- CPR certification.
