About the role
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) works on the 3rd Floor Rehab unit during night hours (6:30 pm – 7:00 am). The PCT assists patients and families with basic care, hygiene, and monitoring, acting as a key member of the patient‑care team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care, hygiene assistance, and monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient support.
Required profile
- Willingness to work flexible night hours.
- Good organization, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and apply new healthcare‑related skills.
- Proactive problem‑solving and customer‑need anticipation.
Required skills
- CPR certification (provided if not already held).
