OCN Monitor/Escort Lead Dispatcher

About the role

The OCN Monitor/Escort Lead Dispatcher supervises a team of up to 20 Escorts, ensuring safe and compliant operations at a overseas site. Reporting to the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, the role combines leadership, process improvement and on‑site coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Escort team, ensuring monitoring of un‑cleared personnel (LN/OCN) and proper logging in/out.
• Enforce site policies, quality standards and safety procedures, making on‑the‑spot corrections as needed.
• Provide training, conflict resolution and de‑escalation for team members.
• Coordinate with Force Protection personnel to purge work zones and verify personnel exit.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years supervising ten or more personnel.
• At least two years of prior overseas experience.
• US citizenship, valid US passport (preferred) and clean US driver’s license.
• Ability to meet USCENTCOM deployment requirements and obtain a Kuwait residency visa.

Required skills

• Operation of Land Mobile Radios, cell phones and laptops for communication and accountability.
• Strong decision‑making, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
