Odoo Business Solutions Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Odoo Business Solutions Specialist to lead ERP implementation, retail operations, and digital transformation for an established company in Kuwait. You will design, configure, and own Odoo ERP support, replacing legacy systems and stabilising core business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment and continuous improvement of Odoo POS across retail locations, handling daily support tickets and troubleshooting critical issues.
• Coordinate project tasks, milestones and dependencies with business users, project teams and the outsourced implementer to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Configure and manage Odoo Events for corporate functions, product launches and training, including ticketing and automated communications.
• Conduct gap analyses, map retail and distribution workflows to Odoo, and produce functional specifications, runbooks and technical documentation.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee escalated tickets, define acceptance criteria and deliver knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Odoo functional consulting, implementation or application support.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Odoo POS and retail/distribution processes.
• Ability to gather requirements, conduct gap analyses and document workflows.
• Experience coordinating implementations, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
