职位概况
协助部门负责人管理预算、资本支出、预防性维护和节能，负责建筑与场地的安全、安保及资产保护。通过有效沟通与培训提升客人和员工满意度。
主要职责
- 监督维修工单的分发、跟进及完成质量，确保政策公平执行。
- 规划、安排并评估预防性维护计划，管理机械、制冷、暖通空调、管道、电气和防火安全系统。
- 提供7*24小时应急响应，必要时操作发电机和消防泵，维修相关设备。
- 支持人力资源活动，包括安全培训、入职培训、绩效评估及面试协助。
任职要求
- 高中文凭或同等学历（GED）且具备4年工程维护或相关领域工作经验，或取得认可大学两年制建筑施工、工程、机械等专业学位并具备2年相关经验。
- 接受过暖通空调、冷冻、电气、管道技术培训。
必备技能
- 暖通空调（HVAC）系统维护
- 制冷与冷冻技术
- 电气与管道系统
- 机械设备及防火安全系统
- 发电机和消防泵操作
