OpenShift DevSecOps Engineer – Banking Domain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced OpenShift DevSecOps Engineer to support our banking clients in Kuwait. The role focuses on implementing DevSecOps practices, securing container platforms, and automating end‑to‑end application delivery on Red Hat OpenShift.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD and Tekton.
• Enable GitOps workflows for application and platform deployments.
• Install, configure, upgrade and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters, including multi‑tenant environments.
• Manage cluster lifecycle, capacity planning, scaling and performance optimization.
• Enforce Kubernetes and OpenShift security best practices (RBAC, SCC, Network Policies, secrets management).
• Integrate OpenShift with enterprise security tools such as Vault and Prisma.
• Handle authentication and authorization via AD/LDAP, OAuth and SSO.
• Implement observability using Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, EFK/Loki stacks and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network and security teams and support development teams on DevSecOps best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift installation, upgrade and day‑2 operations.
• Proven background in DevSecOps, CI/CD and GitOps automation.
• Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes and container security.
• Experience working in an enterprise IAM and compliance environment, preferably in the banking sector.
• Preferably Red Hat OpenShift Administration certified.
