Operations Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to manage day‑to‑day activities across warehousing, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment. The role demands strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a hands‑on approach in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations, including GRN processing, supplier coordination, and handling of rejected or defective goods.
• Manage outbound processes, ensuring FIFO‑compliant order fulfillment, accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch.
• Maintain organized inventory, conduct cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and handle reverse logistics.
• Monitor last‑mile delivery, optimize routes, supervise drivers, and manage COD collections.
• Develop staff schedules, track KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching.
• Generate reports on order fulfillment, stock movement, inventory accuracy, and team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of operations experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in warehouse operations covering inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
