Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

About the role

The Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist joins the Women’s Health and Physiotherapy team at a leading private multi‑specialty hospital in Kuwait. The role focuses on delivering evidence‑based pelvic floor rehabilitation to improve prevention, assessment, treatment and recovery for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pelvic floor muscle training, biofeedback, electrotherapy, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to out‑patient and in‑patient clients.
• Conduct comprehensive pelvic floor assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Gynecology, Urology, Obstetrics, Colorectal Surgery and allied health professionals to ensure integrated, patient‑centered care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital quality standards.
• Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary case discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Valid physiotherapy license or professional registration.
• Specialized experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation and women’s health physiotherapy.
• Hands‑on experience with pelvic floor assessments, training, biofeedback, electrotherapy, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Experience working in hospital or clinical settings within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong patient education and communication skills; fluent English (Arabic a plus).
• Proficiency with Hospital Information Systems and MS Office.
