People Experience Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is looking for a Regional People Experience Specialist to shape and enhance the employee journey across the region. The role focuses on designing meaningful moments, strengthening culture, and driving engagement from post‑onboarding through long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor recognition programmes such as Employee of the Month, Employee of the Year, Best Sales Achiever and Best Store.
• Act as a point of contact throughout the employee lifecycle, identify early engagement risks and partner with stakeholders to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives that authentically reflect Boutiqaat’s culture and values, supporting internal communication campaigns.
• Create and manage welcome campaigns for new hires in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, ensuring strong visibility and integration.
• Support Learning & Development activities, including training introductions, session coordination and delivery.
• Design, launch and analyse employee surveys, preparing actionable reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, recognition or employer branding.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multi‑country environments.
