About the role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR function, ensuring that people programs are effective, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. The role involves overseeing all employment needs, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise HR personnel and manage employee grievances, disputes, and performance reviews.
- Design and implement onboarding procedures, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
- Develop HR strategies that support business growth, forecast staffing needs, and structure benefit packages.
- Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage HR budgets and risk mitigation.
- Enhance job satisfaction, morale, safety, and wellness while promoting the organization’s values.
Required profile
