Performance & Analysis Expert

About the role

Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, is seeking a Performance & Analysis Expert to build and maintain a robust data monitoring system that supports strategic decisions across orders, users, supply, subsidies, and regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a business data monitoring framework with core KPIs for orders, users, supply, subsidies, and regions.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational analysis reports, highlighting budget performance, KPI trends, and regional variances.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on user segmentation, subsidy efficiency, campaign ROI, category penetration, and channel contribution.
• Close the analysis loop by tracking implementation of recommendations and reviewing outcomes.
• Support goal decomposition, establish early‑warning indicators, and perform root‑cause analysis for anomalies.
• Translate analytical findings into business language and collaborate with operations, product, supply chain, and finance teams.
• Monitor industry trends and combine external market data with internal insights to forecast business direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, finance, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in business analysis, data operations, or the internet/food‑delivery/O2O sector.
• Strong data sensitivity, structured thinking, and the ability to pinpoint core issues from data.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and the ability to drive consensus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or Power BI.
• Data modeling and data visualization capabilities.
• Strong presentation and data‑storytelling skills.
