Personal Fitness Trainer

About the role

Join SPARK Athletic Center, a leading fitness facility expanding across Kuwait, as a Personal Fitness Trainer. You will design individualized strength and conditioning programs, support members in achieving their health goals, and contribute to a vibrant community of athletes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized strength and conditioning programs based on member assessments.
• Conduct body analysis and performance testing in the SPARK labs.
• Complete a minimum of 2 "Spark Hours" daily, including group classes, equipment demonstrations, guest assistance, and occasional photo/video shoots.
• Provide first‑aid support to injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Participate in weekly/monthly meetings, team workshops, and continuous education activities.
• Lead facility tours for prospective clients as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sport science (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in the fitness or sports industry.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a fit appearance aligned with trainer standards.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong command of English.

• Reformer Pilates (preferred qualification).
• Aerial Yoga (preferred qualification).
• Recovery and Rehab techniques (preferred qualification).
• Nutrition knowledge (preferred qualification).
• Microsoft Office applications.
