About the role

The Physical Therapist provides independent, accountable care to a complex patient population on a day shift schedule. This position supports both patient outcomes and departmental growth within a clinical setting.

Key responsibilities

Deliver age‑appropriate physical therapy services to diverse patients.
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety.
Participate in professional development and departmental improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.

Required profile

Minimum of one year of professional experience or successful completion of all required facility competencies.
Valid Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
Completion of all departmental competencies upon hire.
CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
