About the role
The Physical Therapist provides independent, accountable care to a complex patient population on a day shift schedule. This position supports both patient outcomes and departmental growth within a clinical setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver age‑appropriate physical therapy services to diverse patients.
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety.
- Participate in professional development and departmental improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year of professional experience or successful completion of all required facility competencies.
- Valid Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Completion of all departmental competencies upon hire.
- CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
Required skills
- CPR certification.
