About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater provides independent, accountable care to a complex patient population within the Therapy Central Office. This full‑time day position works 8 am‑5 pm, totaling 80 hours bi‑weekly, and requires a strong commitment to professional and departmental growth.

Key responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy assessments and deliver appropriate interventions.
Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with state regulations.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary therapy team to coordinate treatment plans.
Maintain an active Arkansas State Board license and required certifications.
Participate in ongoing professional development and department improvement initiatives.

Required profile

Active Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
Minimum of one year professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate accountability.
Commitment to continuous learning and departmental enhancement.
