About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater provides independent, accountable care to a complex patient population within the Therapy Central Office. This full‑time day position works 8 am‑5 pm, totaling 80 hours bi‑weekly, and requires a strong commitment to professional and departmental growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and deliver appropriate interventions.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary therapy team to coordinate treatment plans.
• Maintain an active Arkansas State Board license and required certifications.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and department improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of one year professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate accountability.
• Commitment to continuous learning and departmental enhancement.
