About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater provides independent, accountable care for a complex patient population within the Therapy Central Office. Working a day shift from 8 am to 5 pm, the role supports the department’s growth and enhances patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients of varying ages and conditions.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams to coordinate care.
Ensure compliance with Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy regulations.
Participate in professional development and department improvement initiatives.

Required profile

Active Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
Minimum one year of professional experience or successful completion of all Staff Therapist II competencies.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to work independently while adhering to departmental standards.
