About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater provides independent, accountable care for a complex outpatient patient population. Working day shifts (8 am‑5 pm), the therapist supports department growth while delivering age‑appropriate physical therapy services.

Key responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive physical therapy assessments and interventions for diverse patients.
Maintain independence in care planning and execution for complex cases.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Adhere to facility competencies and documentation standards.

Required profile

Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
Minimum one year of professional experience or successful completion of all facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
Commitment to professional development and departmental improvement.
