About the role
The Physical Therapist Floater provides independent, accountable care for a complex outpatient patient population. Working day shifts (8 am‑5 pm), the therapist supports department growth while delivering age‑appropriate physical therapy services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy assessments and interventions for diverse patients.
- Maintain independence in care planning and execution for complex cases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Adhere to facility competencies and documentation standards.
Required profile
- Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
- Minimum one year of professional experience or successful completion of all facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
- CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
- Commitment to professional development and departmental improvement.
