Physical Therapist – Outpatient Therapy

About the role

The Physical Therapist will join our outpatient therapy team, delivering high‑quality care to a complex patient population. Working autonomously within a day‑shift schedule, the role emphasizes professional accountability and continuous departmental improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and adjust care as needed.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid Arkansas State Board license in Physical Therapy.
• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
• Maintain all requirements of the Level I career ladder.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• Ability to provide age‑appropriate therapeutic care.
• Knowledge of outpatient therapy protocols and best practices.
