About the role

The Physical Therapy Assistant will work in an agency‑based inpatient rehabilitation setting, providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This full‑day position supports a complex patient population and contributes to the department’s growth and quality of care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to patients as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate independence and accountability while caring for a diverse, complex patient group.
• Complete all facility competency requirements and maintain documentation.
• Participate in professional and departmental development activities.

Required profile

• Valid Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an inpatient rehab environment.
