About the role
The Physical Therapy Assistant will work in an agency‑based inpatient rehabilitation setting, providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This full‑day position supports a complex patient population and contributes to the department’s growth and quality of care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to patients as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Demonstrate independence and accountability while caring for a diverse, complex patient group.
- Complete all facility competency requirements and maintain documentation.
- Participate in professional and departmental development activities.
Required profile
- Valid Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an inpatient rehab environment.
