Procurement Officer - Automotive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Orders Officer to lead our automotive supply chain in Kuwait. The role focuses on overseas procurement, vehicle and spare‑part acquisition, and ensuring seamless delivery to meet operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities to maximise efficiency.
• Serve as the primary contact for external principals and overseas agencies, handling high‑volume orders.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of vehicle and spare‑part orders from placement through delivery.
• Coordinate with local and global suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries and resolve logistical issues.
• Maintain rigorous procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum ten years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Background in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing relationships with external suppliers or overseas agencies.
• Strong negotiation abilities and capacity to work across different time zones and cultures.
• Demonstrated accuracy in handling complex vehicle and parts orders.
