Product Repair & Modifications Technician – C‑17

About the role

Boeing is seeking a Product Repair & Modifications Technician to join the C‑17 Globemaster III Integrated Sustainment Program at Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait. The role supports the Kuwait Air Force fleet through both flight‑line and back‑shop maintenance activities, ensuring aircraft are ready to meet mission requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assembly, disassembly, and modification of aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement upgrades.
• Oversee validation and verification testing of systems and components, documenting results for contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Configure aircraft and bench‑test equipment, and direct troubleshooting of complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems.
• Inspect components and verify repairs to meet flight‑worthiness standards.
• Supervise and mentor personnel in safe handling procedures such as jacking, towing, and system operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of C‑17 maintenance experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Proficiency in English for reading technical data, communication, and training.
• Clean criminal record and ability to satisfy Kuwait labor and immigration formalities.
• Willingness to work one of two shifts, Sunday through Thursday, with weekends and holidays as needed.
