Product Specialist

About the role

The Product Specialist will combine clinical expertise in audiology with sales acumen to support patients and expand business opportunities. You will work closely with patients, healthcare providers, and customers to deliver optimal hearing solutions and promote the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assess examination findings, diagnose hearing and auditory conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Fit, program, and dispense hearing aids, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Counsel cochlear implant patients and provide rehabilitation services.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies, lip‑reading, and assistive listening technologies.
• Monitor patient progress, conduct follow‑ups, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide guidance on hearing loss prevention and hearing health awareness.
• Research hearing and balance disorders to identify causes and potential treatments.
• Identify business expansion opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by consistently delivering high‑quality service.
• Communicate effectively with patients, customers, and stakeholders in both Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + years of experience in sales and/or an audiology‑related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Audiology or a related discipline.
• Relevant certification in Speech and Audiology.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
