Professor of Management (Full/Associate/Assistant)

About the role

The School of Business at American International University seeks a full‑time faculty member in Management. The appointment can be at the rank of Full Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative undergraduate courses in Management and at least one related Business sub‑discipline such as Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Supply Chain Management.
• Integrate emerging technologies, including AI‑assisted design tools and interactive platforms, into the curriculum.
• Supervise senior projects, maintain rigorous assessment standards, and contribute to curriculum development.
• Maintain an active research agenda, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and present at national and international conferences.
• Participate in departmental, school, and university committees, support accreditation activities, and engage in student recruitment and community outreach.

Required profile

• PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field.
• Minimum five years of university‑level teaching experience for Associate and Full Professor ranks, with a record of teaching excellence.
• Demonstrated professional or research expertise in Management and at least one related Business area.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and experience working in multicultural academic environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard software.
• Experience implementing AI‑assisted design tools in an educational setting.
