Programmer/Analyst II (Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Programmer/Analyst II is responsible for deploying and supporting custom‑built and out‑of‑the‑box solutions with SharePoint 2010. The role also develops ASP.NET applications for internal customers and ensures integration with project services while automating functions where possible.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Technical Leads to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
• Design, develop, and performance‑tune reports based on input from technical staff and user groups.
• Develop, implement, and maintain code for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Test enhancements, conduct structured code reviews, and recommend functional and technical improvements.
• Provide strong SQL coding, including stored procedures, ETL processes, and routine database maintenance.

Required profile

• Active Secret Clearance and ability to maintain DoD 8570.01M baseline and computing environment certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Master’s a plus) with 2‑3 years SharePoint 2010/2013 experience and 5+ years .NET development.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with other web applications and using PowerShell scripting in a SharePoint environment.
