About the role
We are a coffee beans roastery and coffee tools company located in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. We are seeking a proactive Purchasing Officer to manage our overseas purchasing activities and ensure smooth logistics and shipment coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Handle overseas purchasing and procurement processes for coffee beans and related equipment.
- Coordinate logistics, shipment scheduling, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain relationships with international suppliers and negotiate terms.
Required profile
- Proven experience in overseas purchasing or procurement.
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience in logistics and shipment coordination.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with English being mandatory.
