Warehouse Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will manage daily warehouse activities at our Shuwaikh facility, ensuring construction materials and goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of construction materials and other goods.
• Coordinate stock and inventory control, monitor levels, and update documentation and ERP systems.
• Organise warehouse layout, supervise loading and unloading, and ensure safe handling of equipment, including forklifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
• Lead and schedule warehouse staff, assign duties, and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to support the supply chain.

Required profile

• Strong stock control and inventory management experience, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Practical operations management background in warehouse or logistics, preferably in construction materials.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a diverse team.
• Basic computer literacy with familiarity in ERP or inventory software; high school diploma required, vocational training a plus.
