QA Engineer (Manual & Automation Testing)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate QA Engineer to design, develop, and install software solutions while ensuring high quality through manual and automation testing. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full life‑cycle software development and write well‑designed, testable, efficient code.
• Produce specifications, determine operational feasibility, and develop software verification plans.
• Integrate software components into fully functional systems and document functionality.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and serve as a subject‑matter expert.
• Comply with project plans, industry standards, and release processes.

Required profile

• Proven work experience as a computer software engineer or developer.
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Ability to develop software in C, C++, C#, Java or similar languages.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
• Experience with at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).
• Experience with test‑driven development and mastery of software engineering tools.
