QA/QC Document Controller – Immediate Joiner Needed

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Document Controller to join a leading oil and gas contractor in Kuwait. The role focuses on managing quality documentation, ensuring timely submission of work inspection requests, and maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily logs, track Work Inspection Request (WIR) status, and circulate daily reports.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor WIRs using Autopro, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Control and upload project documents in Conclude software, manage transmittals and document distribution.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team, project engineers, and clients to guarantee compliance with the approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
• Compile final project dossiers, verifying that all records are complete and meet contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC documentation or document control, preferably on oil & gas or industrial projects.
• Proven ability to handle WIR preparation, submission, and tracking.
• Experience with Conclude software and Autopro is essential.
• Strong coordination skills with project teams, QA/QC engineers, and external stakeholders.
• Transferable visa and ability to join immediately.
