Quality Supervisor – Human Trafficking Compliance

About the role

The Quality Supervisor (CTIP) ensures V2X and its subcontractors maintain a zero‑tolerance culture for Trafficking in Persons. Reporting to the Management Operations Center Manager, the role oversees compliance training, audits, and enforcement of international anti‑trafficking standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal and regulatory research on human trafficking and forced labor standards.
• Manage the CTIPS training program, review compliance plans, pay slips, financials, and related policies.
• Respond within 24 hours to allegations, audit findings, or investigation requests.
• Track, assess, and close allegations and referrals, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Support external auditors by coordinating information and logistics.

Required profile

• High school diploma; ability to obtain ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification and host‑nation driver’s license.
• 2–3 years experience in compliance, contract or subcontract management, safety or quality, with at least one year of auditing.
• Experience in overseas contracting environments and familiarity with DoD Human Trafficking regulations.
