Registered Nurse – 3rd Floor Rehab (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the 3rd Floor Rehabilitation unit at Baptist Health on the night shift. The RN will deliver safe, therapeutic care to patients recovering from orthopedic and neurological conditions, working from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process and Baptist Health protocols to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated treatment and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to unit policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in unit-specific education and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• New graduate from an accredited nursing program or a Registered Nurse in good standing, licensed in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to function as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team.
• Not currently enrolled in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.

Required skills

• Current Healthcare CPR certification.
• Willingness to obtain ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS certifications as required (training provided).
