Registered Nurse – Night Shift, 3rd Floor Rehab

About the role

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 3rd Floor Rehabilitation unit on the night shift (6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). The RN will deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and Baptist Health training to provide high‑quality patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and adherence to department policies.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow organizational workflows.

Required profile

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Active Arkansas nursing license; BSN preferred.
• Ability to function as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team.
• Not currently participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Healthcare CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS training may be required and will be provided.

Required skills

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – training provided if needed
• NALS (Neonatal Advanced Life Support) – training provided if needed
