Registered Nurse – Resource Team (IHA)

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) will join Baptist Health's Resource Team, providing safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care to patients across specialty units. Working day shifts from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, the RN will apply the nursing process and institutional training to deliver high‑quality clinical services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using evidence‑based nursing practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Float between specialty units and campuses within a 30‑mile radius as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and specialized training provided by the organization.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing (Arkansas specified).
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience, including at least one year in the applied specialty.
• Willingness to float across units and campuses.

Required skills

• Healthcare CPR certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – may be required.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – may be required.
• NALS (Neonatal Advanced Life Support) – may be required.
• Registered Nurse license.
• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) qualification.
